Phoenix

Phoenix is a 1 year old Border Collie/German Shepherd mix. She may be shy at first, but she quickly warms up and becomes a loyal, loving companion. Phoenix loves walks, playtime, and even trying out agility courses. She’s smart, knows some basic commands, and would do best with consistent training. Phoenix does well with larger dogs and can live with cats (though she may try to chase them). She would be a great fit for an active person or family who’s looking for both an adventure buddy and a snuggly friend at night.

Walker.jpg

Walker

Walker is a 2 year old pit mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart! He is smart, loving, and would thrive in an active home. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. He will need a home without cats, but with slow and careful introductions, he may do well with another dog. Walker's adoption has been generously sponsored and his future family will also receive three private lessons through Riverside Canine to support his transition. He is ready for his forever home and deserves a family who recognizes just special he is!

Iris

Iris is a gentle and affectionate  girl who has been patiently waiting a forever home where she can feel safe and truly loved. She came to us in very rough shape caring for her 4 newborn puppies, but with time, care, and patience, she has blossomed into the sweetest girl. Iris would do best as an only pet in the home so she can feel fully comfortable  and confident. Her puppies have all found wonderful homes, now its her turn. Her adoption has been generously sponsored to help support her journey!

azul.jpg

Azul

Azul is a sweet, big, energetic Great Dane who will be two in February. He loves spending time with his humans but would do best in an experienced home with structure, guidance, and confidence building to help support him. Azul must be the only pet in the home. He was involved in a traumatic incident involving another dog attacking him and has been reactive towards other dogs since then. He is house trained and does well when left home alone.

Mariah

Mariah is a 1 year old American Staffordshire Terrier with lots of love to give. She’s still very much a puppy and full of energy! Mariah has been an only dog most of her life and doesn’t get along well with other dogs, so slow, proper introductions are important (no cats for her either). She absolutely loves kids but can be too rowdy for little ones, as she sometimes jumps when she’s excited. Mariah would do best in a home without small children and with someone willing to keep working on her manners and confidence. She’s eager to please and has so much potential to grow in the right home.

Remi

Remi is about two years old and is a hound/lab mix looking for his forever home. He has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccines, and is heartworm negative. He is an energetic and playful boy who loves spending time with his humans and playing with other dogs. He would be thrilled to have a furry friend (or multiple) to keep him busy, and he gets along well with cats. Remi is potty trained, loves to snuggle, and just wants to be part of a loving family!

Considering Adoption?

Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth adoption process.

1. Complete An Adoption Application.

All prospective adopters must fill out and submit an adoption application. This helps us get to know you better and understand your needs and expectations.

2. Application Review

Once your application is submitted, our team will review it. We will evaluate your application and contact you if we need any additional information.

3. Meet and Greet

If your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet. This is an opportunity for you to meet with the dog you are interested in and see if it’s a good fit for your home.

4. Adoption Decision

If you and the dog bond during the meet and greet and you decide to move forward with the adoption, we will proceed to the next step.

5. Sign the Adoption Contract

You will need to sign an adoption contract that outlines the responsibilities and commitments of being a pet owner. Once this is completed and the payment is received, you are welcome to take your new fur baby home that same day!

Important Information —

- Spay/Neuter Requirement:

We require that all dogs in your household are spayed or neutered. Unfortunately, if your current pets are not spayed or neutered, your application will be denied unless there are medical reasons that prevent the procedure.

- Adoption Fees:

  - $300 for puppies younger than 1 year

  - $200 for all dogs 1 year and older

- What's Included:

All of our dogs come with age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed or neutered (if old enough), and are current on monthly preventives.

Thank you for your interest in adopting! We look forward to helping you find the perfect companion. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
