About Our Cause
At Fur Eternity, our mission is to provide a second chance for animals in need by rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, abused, and neglected animals from high-kill shelters and urgent situations. As a volunteer and foster-based 501(c)(3) rescue located in Northern Michigan, we prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of these animals, ensuring they receive the care and love they deserve.
Bert came to us from a rural shelter in Oklahoma. He was at risk for euthanasia as one of the longest residents when the shelter needed to make space for more dogs. Thanks to his amazing foster family, he is now living his best life in his forever home.
